摘要	分析围术期心理护理用于甲状腺手术的价值。方法对2020年1月-2021年12月本科接诊甲状腺手术病人（n=80）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各有40人，前者采取围术期心理护理，后者行常规护理。对比PSQI评分等指标。结果从PSQI评分上看，干预后：试验组（6.14±1.28）分，和对照组（8.36±1.47）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。从SDS和SAS评分上看，干预后：试验组分别是（33.65±2.48）分、（34.01±2.93）分，和对照组（43.96±3.85）分、（45.16±3.82）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。结论甲状腺手术用围术期心理护理，睡眠质量改善更加明显，不良心理缓解更为迅速。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the value of perioperative psychological nursing for thyroid surgery. Methods: From January 2020 to December 2021, thyroid surgery patients (n=80) were randomly divided into two groups: 40 patients in the trial and 40 in the control group. The former received perioperative psychological nursing, while the latter received routine nursing. PSQI score and other indicators were compared. Results: From the PSQI score, after intervention, the experimental group (6.14±1.28) score was lower than the control group (8.36±1.47) score (P < 0.05). SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were (33.65±2.48) and (34.01±2.93) respectively, which were lower than those of the control group (43.96±3.85) and (45.16±3.82) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Perioperative psychological nursing in thyroid surgery can improve the sleep quality more obviously and relieve the bad psychology more quickly.
