| 摘要 |
进行荨麻疹患者中行心理护理的效果探究。方法 本次选取主要为荨麻疹患者 68 例，试验起
始于 2022 年 1 月内，终止于 2022 年 12 月内，试验以双盲法进行分组，对照组 35 例行常规护理，观察组 33 例
行心理护理。比对两组护理前后不良情绪评分、护理后生活质量。结果 两组相比，护理前组间结果无显著差异
（P>0.05），护理后观察组不良情绪评分更低，处理结果存在统计学价值（P<0.05）。两组相比，观察组各项生
活质量评分更高，处理结果存在统计学价值（P<0.05）。结论 于荨麻疹患者中行心理护理，有利于改善患者焦
虑以及抑郁等不良情绪，提高生活质量，值得在临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effectiveness of psychological care in patients with urticaria. Method 68
patients with urticaria were selected for this study. The trial started in January 2022 and ended in December 2022. The
trial was divided into two groups using a double-blind method. The control group received routine care for 35 patients,
and the observation group received psychological care for 33 patients. Compare the scores of adverse emotions before
and after nursing and the quality of life after nursing between the two groups. Result There was no significant difference
in the results between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05), and the observation group after nursing had a lower score
of adverse emotions. The treatment results had statistical value (P<0.05). Compared with the two groups, the observation
group had higher scores for various quality of life, and the treatment results had statistical value (P<0.05). Conclusion
Psychological care for urticaria patients is beneficial for improving their anxiety and depression, as well as improving
their quality of life. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
