Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly hypertension complicated with acute myocardial infarction. Methods The aged patients with hypertension complicated with acute obstructive heart disease were randomly assigned from January 20219 to December 2022 (n=90). The experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention, and the control group received routine nursing. Compare blood pressure and other indicators. Results Regarding blood pressure: At the end of the intervention, the data in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Complications: The rate of complications in the experimental group was as low as 2.22%, while that in the control group was as low as 15.56%, and the incidence in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Regarding satisfaction and quality of care: the experimental group had higher data than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion With comprehensive nursing intervention, the elderly patients with hypertension complicated with acute myocardial infarction have higher satisfaction, lower complication rate, more obvious reduction of blood pressure and more rapid improvement of nursing quality.
