| 摘要 |
探讨糖尿病肾病（DN）腹膜透析（PD）患者给予综合护理干预对起自护行为、容量负荷的影
响。方法 选取 2020 年 8 月至 2021 年 9 月行 PD 治疗的 DN 患者 60 例，随机分为观察组（综合护理干预）和对
照组（常规护理）各 30 例，对比效果。结果 观察组容量负荷、血糖相关指标低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组自
护行为、生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理干预可使 DN 患者 PD 治疗期间的自护行为、容量
负荷显著改善，价值较高。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on self-care behavior and
capacity load in patients with diabetes nephropathy (DN) undergoing peritoneal dialysis (PD). Method Sixty DN patients
who underwent PD treatment from August 2020 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an
observation group (comprehensive nursing intervention) and a control group (routine nursing), with 30 patients in each
group. The effects were compared. Result The volume load and blood sugar related indexes in the observation group
were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The scores of self-care behavior and quality of life in the
observation group were higher than those in the control group. (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing
intervention can significantly improve the self-care behavior and capacity load of DN patients during PD treatment, with
high value.
