| 摘要 |
分析脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者护理中采取康复护理的效果。方法 抽取于2021年3月-2022年3月期间我院收治的66例脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者为研究对象。依照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组。其中参考组行常规护理，实验组采取康复护理，每组33例。观察对比两组护理效果。结果 上、下肢肌力评分对比发现，实验组明显高于参考组（P＜0.05）。神经功能缺损评分对比发现，实验组低于参考组（P＜0.05）。肢体功能障碍改善时间及住院时间对比发现，实验组低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者护理中采取康复护理可提升患者的上、下肢肌力，改善其神经功能缺损情况，同时能够缩短肢体功能障碍改善时间及住院时间。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of stroke patients with limb dysfunction. Methods 66 stroke patients with limb dysfunction admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as research objects. According to random number table method, the group was divided into reference group and experimental group. The reference group received routine nursing and the experimental group received rehabilitation nursing, with 33 cases in each group. The nursing effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results Comparing the muscle strength scores of upper and lower limbs, the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group (P < 0.05). The neurological impairment score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). The improvement time of limb dysfunction and hospital stay in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of stroke patients with limb dysfunction can improve the upper and lower limb muscle strength, improve the neurological impairment, and shorten the improvement time of limb dysfunction and hospital stay.
