| 摘要 |
分析脊柱外科患者围手术期深静脉血栓（DVT）形成的护理干预效果。方法 选择2021年5月~2022年6月我院收治的60例脊柱外科患者，随机平分成两组，对照组和观察组分别采用常规护理和围术期干预护理，对比护理效果。结果 观察组DVT相关指标、满意度、生活质量均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对脊柱外科围手术期患者实行护理干预对DVT的预防效果良好，能够使患者的满意度和生活质量提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the nursing intervention effect of perioperative deep vein thrombosis (DVT) formation in spinal surgery patients. Methods Sixty patients with spinal surgery admitted to a hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group and the observation group received routine nursing and perioperative intervention nursing respectively, and the nursing effects were compared. Results The DVT related indicators, satisfaction, and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for perioperative spinal surgery patients has a good preventive effect on DVT, which can improve patient satisfaction and quality of life.
