| 摘要 |
分析住院老年慢阻肺（COPD）采取综合性肺康复护理计划的效果。方法 选取2020年8月至2021年9月住院的老年慢阻肺患者86例，随机分为观察组（综合性肺康复护理计划）和对照组（常规护理）各43例，对比效果。结果 观察组肺功能、心理状态、生活质量、健康状态均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合性肺康复护理可使住院老年COPD患者的肺功能及健康状态，价值较高。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation care program. Methods 86 elderly COPD patients hospitalized from August 2020 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into 43 cases of observation group (comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation care plan) and control group (usual care). Results Lung function, psychological status, quality of life, and health status in the observation group were better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing program can effectively improve the lung function and health status of hospitalized elderly COPD patients, with high value.
