| 摘要 |
探究在ICU重症气管切开机械通气患者提供无隙衔接护理的临床效果。方法 纳入本次研究患者的数量为100例，时间范围2021年1月份至2022年12月份，组别：甲组；乙组；每组50例患者，甲组常规护理，乙组无隙衔接护理，分析两组患者的机械通气时间、ICU住院时间以及并发症的发生率。结果 乙组患者的机械通气时间显著缩短，ICU住院时间更短，并发症的发生率下降，P<0.05。结论 对ICU重症气管切开行机械通气的患者提供无隙衔接护理，可能缩短患者的机械通气时间，降低患者出现并发症的机率，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect of seamless connection nursing for patients with severe tracheotomy and mechanical ventilation in ICU. Methods 100 patients were included in this study from January 2021 to December 2022. Group A was included. Group B; Fifty patients in each group were treated with routine care in group A and seamless connective care in group B. Mechanical ventilation time, ICU stay time and incidence of complications in the two groups were analyzed. Results In group B, the duration of mechanical ventilation was significantly shortened, the length of ICU stay was shorter, and the incidence of complications was decreased, P<0.05. Conclusion Providing seamless connection nursing for ICU patients undergoing mechanical ventilation may shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and reduce the probability of complications, which is worth advocating.
