摘要
研究PBL+情景模拟融合训练模式对骨科实习护士岗位核心胜任力的影响。方法 将100名骨科实习护士随机分为实验组和对照组50例,于实习带教中对照组学生采用传统教学法,实验组学生采用 PBL+情景模拟融合训练模式教学。于教学前后,分别对两组学生进行理论知识和技能操作考核,并采用《护理专业学生自主学习能力测评量表》分别对两组学生的自主学习能力进行评价。结果 经考核统计,实验组学生理论知识考核评分、技能操作考核评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实习后,实验组学生自主学习能力和护士核心胜任力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 于骨科实习护士实习带教中通过PBL+情景模拟融合训练模式的开展有助于学生从理论、实践等方面全面掌握知识, 提升护士岗位核心胜任力,获得更好的实习效果。
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of PBL+ scenario simulation integrated training mode on the core competency of orthopedic practice nurses. Methods 100 orthopedic nurses were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was taught with traditional teaching method, while the experimental group was taught with PBL+ scenario simulation. Before and after teaching, the two groups of students were assessed for their theoretical knowledge and skills operation, and the independent learning ability of the nursing students was evaluated by using the Assessment Scale of independent learning Ability of the nursing students. Results According to the test statistics, the test scores of theoretical knowledge and skill operation of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After practice, the independent learning ability and core competence of nurses in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The PBL+ scenario simulation integrated training mode in the practice teaching of orthopedic nurses is helpful for students to master knowledge from theory and practice, improve the core competencies of nurses, and obtain better practice results.
