| 摘要 |
对军队疗养院文职护士任职现状质性研究分析。方法 采用目的抽样法，选取本省市军队疗养院文职护士作为访谈对象，通过描述、归纳方式，对7名文职护士进行数据收集和数据分析，做好四个方面的质性研究。结果 通过资料分析，目前文职护士的工作现状体现一般分为四个方面：第一，文职护士主要承担的责任、任务。第二，文职护士在日常工作、生活中存在类似于军人护士的管理要求。第三，文职护士职业规划。第四，文职护士职业发展现状及前景。结论 在疗养院文职护士中，应重视其职业体验，针对其中的问题，加强军队责任感以及归属感，减少文职护士流失。

| Abstract |
Objective To study and analyze the qualitative status of civilian nurses in military nursing homes. Methods The objective sampling method was used to select civilian nurses in military sanatoriums in the provinces and cities as interview objects, and the data were collected and analyzed through description and induction, so as to do qualitative research in four aspects. Results Through data analysis, the current situation of civilian nurses can be generally divided into four aspects: first, the main responsibilities and tasks of civilian nurses. Second, civilian nurses have similar management requirements to military nurses in their daily work and life. Third, career planning for civilian nurses. Fourth, the present situation and prospect of civilian nurses career development. Conclusion The occupational experience of civilian nurses in sanatoriums should be emphasized, and the sense of military responsibility and belonging should be strengthened to reduce the loss of civilian nurses.
