| 摘要 |
对于小儿支气管肺炎后行微波治疗仪进行辅助治疗期间，提供临床护理对其治疗效果的影响进行分析。方法 选择我院收治的80例小支儿支气管肺炎的患儿进行研究，时间范围为2022年9月份至2023年9月份，分组方式为入院治疗时间先后顺序，组别：甲组，乙组；每组40例，甲组：常规护理，乙组：综合护理，分析两组患儿的临床症状消失时间，患儿的肺部功能指标改善情况。结果 乙组患儿的临床症状消失时间更短，通过有效的护理后，乙组患儿的肺功能指标改善情况明显更好，P<0.05。结论 小儿支气管肺炎行微波治疗仪辅助治疗期间提供综合性的护理干预，可以改善患儿的临床症状，使得患儿的肺功能指标明显得到改善，患儿舒适度得以提升，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the influence of clinical care on the therapeutic effect of pediatric bronchopneumonia during the auxiliary treatment of microwave therapy apparatus. Methods A total of 80 children with bronchopneumonia with small branches in our hospital were selected for study, the time range was from September 2022 to September 2023, and the classification was divided into the order of admission treatment, group A and Group B; There were 40 cases in each group. Group A: routine nursing, group B: comprehensive nursing. The time of clinical symptoms disappearing and the improvement of pulmonary function indexes in the two groups were analyzed. Results Patients in group B had a shorter duration of disappearance of clinical symptoms. After effective nursing, the improvement of pulmonary function indexes in group B was significantly better (P<0.05). Conclusion Providing comprehensive nursing intervention during the assisted treatment microwave therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of children with bronchopneumonia, significantly improve the pulmonary function index and enhance the comfort level of children, which is worth advocating.
