| 摘要 |
分析临终关怀护理在老年病临终患者护理中的价值。方法 将我院于2022年10月-2023年10月收治的52例老年病临终患者纳入研究，通过随机数字表法分为试验组与参考组，每组26例。参考组应用常规护理，试验组应用临终关怀护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 试验组在采用临终关怀护理后，其心理状态评分、睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分均优于参考组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 在老年病临终患者护理中应用临终关怀护理，可有效改善患者心理状态，提升其睡眠及生活质量，使其安详、舒适地渡过人生最后一程，有效体现以人为本的护理理念。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of hospice nursing in the nursing of elderly patients. Methods 52 elderly terminally ill patients admitted to our hospital from October 22 to October 23 were included in the study, and were divided into experimental group and reference group by random number table method, with 26 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with routine nursing, the experimental group was treated with hospice nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After hospice nursing, the scores of mental state, sleep quality and quality of life of experimental group were better than those of reference group, and the differences were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of hospice nursing in the nursing of elderly patients can effectively improve their psychological state, improve their sleep and quality of life, make them peacefully and comfortably through the last journey of life, and effectively reflect the concept of people-oriented nursing.
