| 摘要 |
分析对老年慢阻肺患者开展综合护理的效果。方法 纳入本院确诊医治老年慢阻肺患者一共110例，选取时间2021年2月至2023年2月。数字随机表法划分两组，每组平均55例。对照组开展常规护理，观察组开展综合护理。从干预前后情绪状态、生活质量对两组患者进行评估。结果 干预后，观察组医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADS）得分相较对照组有大幅减少，两组具备了统计学差异（P＜0.05）。干预后，观察组COPD患者生活质量评估问卷（CAT）得分相较对照组有大幅减少，两组具备了统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论 老年慢阻肺患者开展综合护理能够减少负性情绪影响，实现生活质量提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing for elderly patients with COPD. Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with COPD diagnosed in our hospital were included, and the selected time was from February 2021 to February 2023. Two groups were divided by numerical random table method, with an average of 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The emotional state and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the score of hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) in the observation group was significantly reduced compared with that in the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the score of CAT in COPD patients in the observation group was significantly reduced compared with that in the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for elderly COPD patients can reduce the negative emotional impact and improve the quality of life.
