| 摘要 |
探析儿童输液室管理期间开展环节管理的作用效果。方法 实验时间段为2021年1月-2022年12月。其中，把2021年1月-2021年12月时段到儿童输液室治疗患儿作为对照组，共计患儿52例，采取常规护理管理。把2022年1月~2022年12月时段到儿童输液室治疗患儿作为观察组，共计患儿52例，采取环节管理。分析不同管理开展效果。结果 对照组输液风险发生率高于观察组（P＜0.05）。对照组家属满意率低于观察组（P＜0.05）。结论 环节管理用于儿童输液室管理中，能降低输液风险发生，提高患儿家属满意度，值得进一步推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effectiveness of implementing link management during the management of childrens infusion rooms. Methods The experimental period is from January 2021 to December 2022. Among them, 52 children were treated in the childrens infusion room from January 2021 to December 2021 as the control group, and routine nursing management was adopted. From January 2022 to December 2022, a total of 52 children were treated in the childrens infusion room as the observation group, and link management was adopted. Analyze the effectiveness of different management practices. Results The incidence of infusion risk in the control group was higher than that in the observation group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of family members in the control group was lower than that in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of link management in the management of childrens infusion rooms can reduce the occurrence of infusion risks and improve the satisfaction of childrens families, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
