| 摘要 |
临床工作时发现,护生能力与实际岗位需求存在一定差距。目前缺乏PBL联合模拟产房教学法临床实践教学研究,也尚无临床实践教学模式的提出。本研究意在通过PBL联合模拟产房教学法,借助标准化病人(SP),提高客观结构化临床考试(OSCE),使学生尽快进入产科护士角色,提高产科教学质量。构建成熟的教学模式指导护理临床教学,培养高质量的临床应用型护理人才,推动高等护理教育事业的创新及改革,提高群众对护理的满意度。将PBL联合模拟产房教学法运用护理本科实习生教学,借助标准化病人(SP),提高护生客观结构化临床考试(OSCE),构建成熟的教学模式指导护理临床教学,为医疗卫生领域培养高质量的临床应用型护理人才,推动高等护理教育事业的创新及改革,提高广大人民群众对护理的满意度、认可度,做到让患者满意,让社会满意。

| Abstract |
In clinical work, it was found that there was a certain gap between the ability of nursing students and the actual post needs. At present, there is a lack of clinical practice teaching research of PBL combined with simulated delivery room teaching method, and no clinical practice teaching model has been proposed. The purpose of this study is to improve the objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) by using PBL combined with simulated delivery room teaching method and standardized patient (SP), so that students can enter the role of obstetric nurses as soon as possible and improve the quality of obstetric teaching. To construct a mature teaching model to guide the clinical teaching of nursing, train high-quality clinical applied nursing talents, promote the innovation and reform of higher nursing education, and improve the satisfaction of the masses on nursing. PBL is combined with simulated delivery room teaching method to apply nursing undergraduate intern teaching, improve nursing students objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) with the help of standardized patient (SP), build a mature teaching model to guide nursing clinical teaching, cultivate high-quality clinical applied nursing talents for the medical and health field, and promote the innovation and reform of higher nursing education. Improve the satisfaction and recognition of the broad masses of the people on nursing, so that patients are satisfied and the society is satisfied.
