Objective To explore the effect of implementing comprehensive nursing care for patients with acute kidney injury treated with CRRT. Methods Starting from December 2022, our hospital began collecting case data of patients with acute kidney injury. As of December 2023, a total of 88 cases were included and randomly divided for comparative analysis. Study 1 (n=44) intervention method was routine nursing; The intervention method for Group 2 (n=44) was comprehensive nursing. Compare the psychological status, satisfaction, and occurrence of complications between two groups. Results After comprehensive nursing intervention, the psychological state of Group 2 was significantly better than that of Group 1 (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the two groups (P<0.05). The incidence of complications during the comprehensive nursing process in Group 2 was significantly lower than that in Group 1, which was 20.45% (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing comprehensive nursing interventions for patients with acute kidney injury treated with CRRT can significantly alleviate their relapse psychology, effectively reduce the incidence of complications, and comprehensively improve nursing satisfaction. It has the feasibility of promotion in clinical practice.
