| 摘要 |
研究临床治疗脑肿瘤手术患者后应用护理程序的护理效果，从而改善患者临床症状，提高其生活质量。方法 抽取我院2022年12月-2023年12月，收治的92例脑肿瘤患者作为实验研究对象，将患者按照数字随机法分为常规组（46人）与护理组（46人），分别给予常规护理与护理程序干预，比较两组患者护理效果。结果 护理组患者临床疗效（95.65%）显著高于常规组（67.39%），两组数据差异显著（P＜0.05）；两组患者术后并发症发生率差异显著（P＜0.05），常规组：护理组发生率为34.78%：6.52%；护理组患者（自我管理、遵医行为、合理用药、康复心训练及护理满意度）各项评分均高于常规组，（P＜0.05）。结论 针对脑肿瘤手术患者，术后采用护理程序，临床护理效果显著，可有效改善患者预后，缩短住院时间，患者及家属满意度较高，临床可积极推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the nursing effect of applying nursing procedures after clinical treatment of brain tumor surgery patients, in order to improve their clinical symptoms and enhance their quality of life. Methods A total of 92 brain tumor patients admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as experimental research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a conventional group (46 people) and a nursing group (46 people) using a digital randomization method, and received routine nursing and nursing program interventions, respectively. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the nursing group patients (95.65%) was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (67.39%), and the difference in data between the two groups was significant (P<0.05); There was a significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups of patients (P<0.05). The incidence rate in the conventional group and the nursing group was 34.78%: 6.52%; The nursing group patients (self-management, compliance with medical practices, rational medication, rehabilitation training, and nursing satisfaction) had higher scores than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing brain tumor surgery, adopting nursing procedures after surgery has a significant clinical nursing effect, which can effectively improve patient prognosis, shorten hospital stay, and increase patient and family satisfaction. It can be actively promoted in clinical practice.
