| 摘要 |
妇产科患者具有更加敏感的心理，易导致产妇产生不良情绪，故本文探究妇产科护理中采用综合护理干预后产妇心理状态情况改善应用效果。方法 选取在本院妇产科分娩的产妇作为研究对象，对比不同护理干预后两组产妇的心理状态情况。结果 综合护理组产妇的心理改善情况和护理满意度均优于常规护理组，P＜0.05说明存在对比意义。结论 采取综合护理干预可以有效提高妇产科产妇的护理满意度，改善其不良情绪，相比于常规护理模式来说能够起到更为有效的作用，因此值得医学临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: Obstetrics and gynecology patients have more sensitive psychology, which is easy to lead to the maternal bad mood. Therefore, this paper explores the application effect of improving the maternal psychological state after using comprehensive nursing intervention in obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods: The women delivered in obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital were selected as the research objects to compare the psychological status of the two groups after different nursing intervention. Results: The psychological improvement and nursing satisfaction in the integrated care group were better than that in the usual care group, and P <0.05 indicates a comparative significance. Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of pregnant women in obstetrics and gynecology, and improve their bad mood. Compared with the routine nursing mode, it can play a more effective role, so it is worthy of medical clinical promotion and application.
