| 摘要 |
观察分析对高血压脑出血患者实施围术期精细化护理模式的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择我院于2022年2月至2023年2月内就诊的60例高血压脑出血患者，随机分为对照组（30例，常规护理）和实验组（30例，围术期精细化护理模式），收集分析护理效果。结果 实验组GSH -Px、MDA、Ang-1、VEGF水平更高，ASDS、CPC、NIHSS评分更低，生活质量评分更高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 围术期精细化护理模式可以有效改善高血压脑出血患者神经功能缺失情况，促进恢复，避免应激反应，提高生活质量，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of implementing perioperative refined nursing mode for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Method: Sixty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who visited our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (30 cases, conventional nursing) and an experimental group (30 cases, perioperative refined nursing mode), and the nursing effects were collected and analyzed. The experimental group had higher levels of GSH Px, MDA, Ang-1, VEGF, lower ASDS, CPC, NIHSS scores, and higher quality of life scores, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: The perioperative refined nursing model can effectively improve the neurological deficits of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, promote recovery, avoid stress reactions, and improve quality of life, with high application value.
