| 摘要 |
研究为原发性单侧膝关节置换患者提供临床护理路径式ERAS管理模式的作用。方法 2022年4月-2022年12月选择88例原发性单侧膝关节置换患者，按照随机数字方法分组为观察组（临床护理路径式ERAS管理模式）44例对照组（常规护理模式）44例。比较护理前后疼痛程度、护理满意度。结果 观察组护理前的疼痛程度比较无差异，为P>0.05，护理后，观察组的疼痛程度和对照组比较改善；观察组护理满意度高于对照组，数值比较意义为P<0.05。结论 临床护理路径式ERAS管理模式在原发性单侧膝关节置换患者中的作用明显，能够使患者疼痛程度缓解，提高护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the role of providing clinical care pathway ERAS management mode for patients with primary unilateral knee replacement. Methods: From April 2022,88 primary unilateral knee replacement patients were selected from December 2022,44 observation group (clinical care pathway ERAS management mode) and 44 control group (usual care mode). Compare the pain degree and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing. Results: There was no difference in the observation group, P> 0.05, while the observation group and the control group improved; the observation group was higher than the control group, and the significance of the value was P <0.05. Conclusion: The clinical nursing pathway ERAS management mode plays an obvious role in patients with primary unilateral knee replacement, which can relieve the pain degree and improve the nursing satisfaction.
