| 摘要 |
探究中医循证护理对冠心病介入术后对患者的预后影响效果。方法 将于我院实施冠心病介入术的140例冠心病患者，按照入院先后顺序分为观察组与常规组各70例，予以不同护理措施，对比最终的干预效果。结果 观察组护理结果均优于常规组，呈P<0.05。结论 中医循证护理干预，能够降低患者术后疼痛程度、提高患者的生活质量水平、降低并发症发生率，能够促患者健康的恢复，可予以广泛推广使用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in traditional Chinese medicine on the prognosis of patients after coronary heart disease intervention surgery. Method: 140 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent coronary intervention in our hospital were divided into an observation group and a routine group, with 70 cases each, in order of admission. Different nursing measures were taken to compare the final intervention effect. Result: The nursing outcomes of the observation group were better than those of the conventional group, with a P<0.05 correlation. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine evidence-based nursing intervention can reduce postoperative pain, improve patients quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications, promote patient health recovery, and can be widely promoted and used.
