Objective: To analyze the value of evidence-based nursing in early rehabilitation of acute stroke hemiplegia. Method: Patients with acute stroke hemiplegia who were admitted to the undergraduate department from October 2021 to September 2023 were randomly divided (n=64). The experimental group received evidence-based care, while the control group received routine care. Compare FMA scores and other indicators. As for the FMA score, at the end of the intervention, the experimental group achieved (78.54 ± 6.18) and (80.52 ± 6.94) points, while the control group only had (63.68 ± 5.42) and (67.41 ± 5.93) points. In comparison, the experimental group had better data (P<0.05). Satisfaction: The experimental groups data reached 96.87%, while the control groups data was only 78.12%. In comparison, the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher (P<0.05). Nursing quality: The experimental group scored (97.47 ± 1.91) points, while the control group only scored (87.46 ± 3.52) points. In comparison, the nursing quality of the experimental group was better (P<0.05). Conclusion: Evidence based nursing for acute stroke hemiplegia leads to higher patient satisfaction, better nursing quality, more significant improvement in limb motor function, and more rapid improvement in daily living activities.
