| 摘要 |
研究并分析人性化护理应用于血液透析护理中对护理质量及满意度的影响。方法 研究对象为我院2022年1月-2022年9月收治的60例进行血液透析的患者，随机数字表法将其分为2组（对照组、实验组），分别30例。对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予人性化护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 实验组护理质量及护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 人性化护理在血液透析护理中的应用价值显著，能够改善护理服务质量，提高患者的护理满意度，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: To study and analyze the effect of humanized nursing on the quality and satisfaction of hemodialysis nursing. Methods: The study subjects were 60 patients undergoing hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to September 2022, and they were divided into 2 groups (control group and experimental group) by random number table method, with 30 cases respectively. The control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group was given humanized nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application value of humanized nursing in hemodialysis nursing is significant, which can improve the quality of nursing service and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, and is worth promoting.
