| 摘要 |
分析Siebens领域管理模式在老年骨质疏松症管理中的应用效果。方法 本次研究的起始时间为2022年7月份，结束时间为2023年7月份，研究时间为一年。纳入研究患者的数量为80例，分成参照组和实验组，每组40例患者，参照组常规管理；实验组Siebens领域管理模式，分析两组患者的生活质量以及疼痛程度。结果 实验组患者的生活质量更佳，疼痛程度更轻，P<0.05。结论 在老年骨质疏松症管理中，提供Siebens领域管理模式可以提高患者的生活质量，缓解患者的疼痛程度，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the application effect of Siebens field management mode in the management of osteoporosis in the elderly. Methods: The study was started in July 2022, and ended in July 2023, and the study duration was one year. The number of patients included in the study was 80, divided into reference group and experimental group with 40 patients in reference group; the Siebens field management mode and the patients of the two groups were analyzed. Results: Patients in the experimental group had better quality of life and less pain, P <0.05. Conclusion: In the management of senile osteoporosis, providing the management mode of Siebens field can improve the quality of life and relieve the pain degree of patients, which is worth advocating.
