| 摘要 |
分析老年精神科病区的管理模式。方法 本次研究的起始时间为2022年9月份，研究的截止时间为2023年的9月份，参与研究患者的数量为50例，分组采取随机平衡法，组别：参照组与实验组，每组设定患者的数量为25例，参照组常规管理；实验组综合管理，分析两种管理方式的护理质量以及患者的生活质量。结果 实验组患者的生活质量更佳，护理质量得到提升，P<0.05。结论 在老年精神科病区提供综合管理，提高了患者的生活质量，提升了患者的护理质量，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the management mode of the geriatric psychiatric ward. Methods: The starting time of this study is September 2022, the deadline of the study is September 2023, the number of co-study patients is 50, the group adopts random balance method, group: reference group and experimental group, the number of patients in each group is 25, the reference group routine management; the experimental group comprehensive management, analyze the quality of nursing of the two management methods and the quality of life of patients. Results: The quality of life of the experimental group was better, and the quality of care was improved, P <0.05. Conclusion: Providing comprehensive management in the geriatric psychiatric ward improves the quality of life of patients and improves the nursing quality of care of patients, which is worth advocating.
