Objective: To analyze the application effect of the nine grid thinking in the quality of nursing in operating rooms, and to judge its application value based on clinical data. Method: From January 2022 to January 2023, relevant information of10 nursing staff in our hospitals operating room was obtained. The nursing staff were divided into groups using a double-blind randomization method, with 5 nursing staff in the reference group receiving routine management mode. The study group received the same number of nursing staff in the nine grid thinking management mode. The assessment scores, comprehensive abilities, and other related data of the two groups of nursing staff were statistically analyzed and used as a reference for the value of this study, Compare and analyze the data of each group in a concise manner. Result: The comparison of assessment scores, comprehensive ability scores, and nursing quality scores between the two groups of nursing staff showed that the data of the study group and the reference group were significantly higher, and the difference was significant compared to the other group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of the nine grid thinking in the quality of nursing in the operating room can comprehensively improve the quality of nursing. The comprehensive abilities of nursing staff, such as clinical practical operation and theoretical knowledge, can be improved, ensuring the quality of clinical nursing services. The clinical application effect of the nine grid thinking management model is ideal, and it is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
