| 摘要 |
探讨重症中暑患者救治中给予无缝链接急救护理的效果。方法 选取2020年5月~2023年9月我院收治的救治的重症中暑患者，随机平均分为两组，对照组45例（常规急救护理），观察组45例（无缝链接急救护理），并对比两组护理效果。结果 护理后，观察组各项结果均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在重症中暑救治中实施无缝链接急救护理干预，可有效控制患者体温，并促进体温快速恢复正常，同时还显著降低并发症风险，应用效果较好。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the effect of seamless emergency care in the treatment of patients with severe heatstroke. Methods The severe heatstroke patients admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: 45 patients in the control group (routine emergency care) and 45 patients in the observation group (seamless emergency care), and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. After nursing, the results of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of seamless emergency nursing intervention in the treatment of severe heat stroke can effectively control the body temperature of patients, and significantly reduce the risk of complications, and the application effect is good.
