| 摘要 |
分析恶性肿瘤放疗患者采取全程追踪责任制优质护理在预防放射性肠炎（RE）中的效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年10月进行放疗治疗的恶性肿瘤患者72例，随机分为观察组（全程追踪责任制优质护理）和对照组（常规护理干预）各36例，对比护理效果。结果 护理前对比两组患者的生活质量评分发现，评分差异较小，无统计学意义（P>0.05）；比较两组患者术后的生活质量评分，结果指出观察组相对来将评分更高（P<0.05），且观察组RE发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 全程追踪责任制优质护理在恶性肿瘤放疗患者中可有效预防RE，且提升生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the effect of radiotherapy patients with malignant tumors in preventing radiation enteritis (RE). Methods: 72 patients with malignant tumors treated with radiotherapy from September 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (whole-process tracking responsibility system quality care) and control group (routine care intervention) to compare the nursing effect. Results: Before comparison of the scores, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); the score of the observation group was higher (P <0.05) and the incidence of RE in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: High-quality tracking care can effectively prevent RE and improve the quality of life in patients with malignant tumor radiotherapy.
