| 摘要 |
分析在消毒供应室实施心护理理念后的效果。方法 以2022年3月至2023年3月为本次研究时间，其中2022年3月至9月为未实施新护理理念，2022年10月至2023年3月为开展新护理理念，比较两个时期消毒供应室工作质量及各科室给予相关评价情况。结果 新护理理念实施后，消毒供应室工作质量得到提升，相关物品各项合格率有显著提高，各科室对消毒供应室工作评价及满意度得到改善。结论 新护理理念的开展可有效改善消毒供应室的工作成绩，提升该科室整体工作效果，对工作人员业务能力也有所提高，具有推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of implementing the concept of cardiac care in the disinfection supply room. Method: This study was conducted from March 2022 to March 2023, with March 2022 to September 2022 as the period when the new nursing concept was not implemented, and October 2022 to March 2023 as the period when the new nursing concept was implemented. The work quality of the disinfection supply room and the relevant evaluations given by each department during the two periods were compared. Result: After the implementation of the new nursing concept, the quality of work in the disinfection supply room has been improved, the qualification rate of related items has significantly increased, and the evaluation and satisfaction of each department towards the disinfection supply room work have been improved. Conclusion: The implementation of the new nursing concept can effectively improve the work performance of the disinfection supply room, enhance the overall work effectiveness of the department, and also enhance the professional ability of the staff, which has promotion value.
