Objective: To explore the effect of community nursing mode on compliance rate and blood sugar control of diabetes patients. Methods: 100 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were included as the research objects. According to the different nursing methods of patients, they were divided into the control group (50 cases, conventional nursing intervention) and the observation group (community nursing mode added). The compliance rate and blood sugar of the two groups of patients after nursing intervention were compared. Result: After comparing the compliance rates between the two groups, it was found that the total compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. And comparing the blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients, it was found that the fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of community nursing model to diabetes patients has better nursing effect, can significantly improve the blood sugar situation of patients, and improve the compliance rate of patients, with certain application value.
