| 摘要 |
探究分析中医护理在耳穴联合刮痧艾灸治疗耳鸣患者中的应用。方法 时间：2023年6月至2024年2月，对象：耳鸣患者共60例，分组：随机分为对照组（常规护理）与观察组（中医护理），对比两组的耳鸣匹配响度；耳鸣严重程度；耳鸣残疾量表评分。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 在耳穴联合刮痧艾灸治疗的过程中，采用中医护理模式对患者进行干预，能够显著改善患者的耳鸣匹配响度；耳鸣严重程度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of tinnitus patients with auricular point combined with scraping moxibustion. Methods From June 2023 to February 2024, a total of 60 cases of tinnitus patients were divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (traditional Chinese medicine nursing) at random. The matching loudness of tinnitus between the two groups was compared. The severity of tinnitus; Tinnitus disability Scale score. Results The observation group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the process of auricular point combined with gua Sha and moxibustion treatment, the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode can significantly improve the matching loudness of tinnitus.
