| 摘要 |
探究分析个性化护理在肝胆外科围手术期临床效果。方法 时间：2022年1月至2023年12月，对象：肝胆外科接受手术治疗的患者共100例，分组：随机分为对照组（常规护理）与观察组（个性化护理），对比两组的术后恢复情况；心理状态以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 个性化护理可显著改善患者术后恢复情况；心理状态以及不良反应发生率，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of personalized nursing in perioperative period of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023, 100 patients receiving surgical treatment in the Department of hepatobiliary surgery were divided into control group (routine care) and observation group (personalized care) at random, and the postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared. Psychological status and incidence of adverse reactions. Results The observation group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing can significantly improve the postoperative recovery of patients. Psychological state and incidence of adverse reactions are worth popularizing and applying.
