| 摘要 |
观察在慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者中采取循证护理的效果以及影响。方法 研究时间在2019年2月到2023年12月间，收集慢性肾功能衰竭患者共计80例，均按照随机数字表法方式分成对照组和研究组各40例，前者实施常规护理，后者予以循证护理，比较两组间护理后的临床情况。结果 研究组通过循证护理服务后，使得临床各项数据结果均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 循证护理具有护理价值，可改善生活质量、提高满意度，值得广泛推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effect and influence of evidence-based nursing in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure. Methods From February 2019 to December 2023, a total of 80 patients with chronic renal failure were collected and divided into control group and study group with 40 cases each according to random number table method. The former received routine nursing and the latter received evidence-based nursing. The clinical situation after nursing between the two groups was compared. Results The results of clinical data in the study group were better than those in the control group after evidence-based nursing service (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has nursing value, can improve the quality of life and satisfaction, and is worthy of widespread application.
