循证护理在全膝关节置换术围手术期护理中的应用效果分析

| 摘要 |
循证护理在全膝关节置换术围手术期护理中的应用效果分析。方法 选取2020年1月-2023年7月间，来我院进行全膝关节置换术患者100例为受试对象，经区组随机分配的方式将患者分为观察组（n=50；循证护理）与对照组（n=50；常规护理），遂对两组研究对象不同护理方式下术毕24h、48h、72h疼痛程度进行对比；同时评估两组患者护理满意度积分。结果 依照数据结果可知，观察组三项疼痛积分均低于对照组；观察组五项满意度指标评分均高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 通过在全膝关节置换术围手术期护理中为患者实施循证护理，可有效提高患者护理满意度，降低患者疼痛感知，可推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective Analysis analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in perioperative total knee arthroplasty. Methods After 100 patients with total knee replacement in our hospital from January 2020 to July 2023, the patients were divided into observation group (n=50; evidence-based care) and control group (n=50; routine care), the pain degree was compared at 24h, 48h and 72h, and the nursing satisfaction points of the two groups were evaluated. Results According to the data results, the three pain scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group; the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion By implementing evidence-based care for patients in the perioperative care of total knee replacement, it can effectively improve patient nursing satisfaction and reduce patient pain perception, which can be promoted and applied.
