Objective To analyze the effect of early interventional thrombolytic therapy on patients with acute cerebral infarction, and summarize the key points of perioperative nursing. Methods From January 2021 to January 2023, 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction who received early interventional thrombolytic therapy were selected, and the control group received basic nursing care. The observation group was guided by perioperative nursing, and the clinical effect was compared. Results The vascular revascularization rate in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). In addition, the NIHSS score of observation group was better than that of control group, P < 0.05; Finally, the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of perioperative nursing guidance for patients with acute cerebral infarction is significant, which can help to improve the vascular revascularization rate and patients have high satisfaction with nursing services, which is worthy of popularization and application.
