| 摘要 |
总结1例达芬奇机器人辅助下经口腔前庭行甲状旁腺腺瘤切除术患者的护理经验。方法 通过术前加强高钙血症、骨质疏松及口腔的护理，术后重点观察患者术区有无出血、暂时性甲状旁腺功能减退、暂时性颏神经损伤、感染、口角受损等情况，采取相应的护理措施等评估患者恢复情况。结果 该患者均未出现上述症状，住院10天，各项指标恢复正常，病情好转出院。结论 制定相应的整体精细化护理措施，对经口腔前庭机器人甲状腺/甲状旁腺围手术期有重要意义。

| Abstract |
Objective: To summarize the nursing experience of a patient undergoing transvestibular resection of parathyroid adenoma assisted by Da Vinci robot. Methods: By strengthening the nursing care of hypercalcemia, osteoporosis and oral cavity before operation, the postoperative observation was focused on whether the patients had bleeding in the operative area, temporary hypoparathyroidism, temporary mental nerve injury, infection and oral Angle injury, and the corresponding nursing measures were taken to evaluate the recovery of patients. Results: None of the patients had the above symptoms. After 10 days of hospitalization, all the indexes returned to normal, and the condition was improved and discharged. Conclusion: It is of great significance for the perioperative period of transoral vestibular robot thyroid/ parathyroid gland to formulate corresponding overall fine nursing measures.
