| Abstract |
Objective To conduct a clinical study on postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation patients, combined with relevant data, analyze the clinical application value of targeted nursing intervention, and explore the impact on pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation and quality of life. Methods Cases were collected from January 2022 to January 2023, and the purpose of the study was to adopt different nursing measures to observe the influence on patients, routine nursing care in the reference group (50 cases), targeted nursing intervention (50 cases), and statistical data including psychological status score, complications, pelvic floor muscle recovery, quality of life, and patient satisfaction. Results After the comparison of the two groups, the patient SAS and SDS scores were lower than the reference group, the duration of class I muscle fiber contraction and the number of myofiber contraction in the study group exceeded the reference group (P <0.05); the study group was lower (P <0.05); the study group exceeded the reference group (P <0.05); and the patient satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention for postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation patients is helpful for patients to improve their mentality, so as to actively cooperate with the treatment. Patients pelvic floor muscles recover well, and have fewer complications, improve the clinical treatment safety, improve the quality of life, and make patients feel satisfied, which is worthy of promotion and application.
