摘要	探析在养老机构开展基于精细化管理"医养结合"护理模式的应用效果。方法本文病例随机筛选某养老机构接收的老年人60例，将其划分为观察组和对照组各30例，给予对照组常规护理管理，观察组行基于精细化管理的"医养结合"护理措施，对比两组最终护理效果。结果两组最终结果比较显示，观察组护理管理质量、老年人负性情绪和依从性明显改善，血糖及血压等各项指标均控制良好，管理期间发生的不良事件较少，最终老年人的生活质量得到显著提高（P＜0.05）。结论对养老机构护理管理中开展基于精细化管理的"医养结合"护理措施，可提升养老机构护理管理质量、老年人的身心舒适度及依从性，有利于保障老年人的身体健康。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of "combination of medical care and nursing" nursing model based on fine management in elderly care institutions. Methods 60 elderly patients received by a nursing institution were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing management. The observation group was given "combination of medical care and nursing" nursing measures based on fine management, and the final nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results the comparison of the final results between the two groups showed that the quality of nursing management, negative emotion and compliance of the elderly in the observation group were significantly improved, blood glucose, blood pressure and other indicators were well controlled, less adverse events occurred in the management period, and the quality of life of the elderly was significantly improved (P<0.05).Conclusion carrying out the "combination of medical care and nursing" nursing measures based on fine management in the nursing management of elderly care institutions can improve the quality of nursing management of elderly care institutions, the physical and mental comfort and compliance of the elderly, and is conducive to ensuring the physical health of the elderly.
