| 摘要 |
分析在经外周静脉置入中心导管（PICC）专科门诊中应用优质护理干预的效果。方法 将2022年7月-2023年7月在我院门诊接受PICC治疗的95例患者分为优质组（50例，优质护理服务）和参照组（45例，常规护理服务）。对2组并发症、生活质量及自我管理评分进行比较。结果 优质组并发症发生率低于参照组（P＜0.05）；优质组生活质量评分高于参照组（P＜0.05）；优质组患者自我管理能力评分优于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将优质护理应用于PICC专科门诊中能显著降低并发症发生率，提高患者自护能力，保障后续生活质量，因此临床大面积推广应用价值显著。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of applying high-quality nursing intervention in peripheral venous catheterization (PICC) specialty clinics. Methods 95 patients who received PICC treatment in our outpatient department from July 2022 to July 2023 were divided into a high-quality group (50 cases, with high-quality nursing services) and a reference group (45 cases, with routine nursing services). Compare the complications, quality of life, and self-management scores between two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the high-quality group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05); The quality of life score of the high-quality group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05); The self-management ability score of the high-quality group patients was better than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying high-quality nursing to PICC specialty clinics can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient self-care ability, and ensure subsequent quality of life. Therefore, the clinical widespread promotion and application have significant value.
