Objective The experiment will implement humanistic nursing for diabetic patients with intensive insulin pump therapy to further improve the effect of blood sugar control. Methods: The study screened 100 diabetic patients, all of whom were treated with insulin pump. The patients entered our hospital for treatment from February 2021 to January 2022, and were grouped according to the principle of parallel control. The control group was given routine nursing mode, while the observation group was given humanistic care, and the treatment results were compared. Results: It can be seen from the data that the results of ESCA self-care ability survey in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). At the same time, the compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Finally, the blood glucose indexes between the two groups before and after treatment were compared in detail, and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with a big difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of humanistic nursing has a significant effect on the rehabilitation of diabetic insulin pump intensive treatment patients, can improve clinical indicators, and help patients to be discharged from hospital early, which is worthy of inheritance and development.
