| 摘要 |
分析双心护理+运动康复护理在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法 将我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者作为案例，从中选出80例进行对比，按照不同护理措施分成对照组和观察组，前者40例采用的是常规护理，后者40例患者采用的是双心+运动康复护理措施，对比两组护理效果。结果 在护理效果中明显发现观察组的优势，同时在焦虑和抑郁情绪评估中，观察组评价结果低于对照组，比较有显著差异性（P＜0.05）。结论 在双心护理和运动康复护理联合护理干预中，慢性心力衰竭患者可将心理负面情绪进行缓解，提高其生活质量，值得临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: to analyze the effect of dual-heart nursing plus exercise rehabilitation nursing in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: 80 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital were selected as cases and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing measures, the latter 40 cases of patients with double-heart + exercise rehabilitation nursing measures, comparison of the two groups of nursing effects. Results: the superiority of the observation group was found in the nursing effect. The evaluation result of the Observation Group was lower than that of the control group in the evaluation of anxiety and depression (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing intervention of double-heart nursing and exercise rehabilitation nursing, the patients with chronic heart failure can relieve their negative mood and improve their quality of life.
