Objective: To analyze the preventive effect of position intervention and postpartum rehabilitation nursing on lower limb deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section. Method: According to the order of admission, 120 cases of parturients with cesarean section admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were divided into the experimental group (postural intervention + postpartum rehabilitation nursing) and the comparison group (routine nursing) with 60 cases each. The differences in coagulation function between the two groups after different intervention schemes were compared, as well as the evaluation of safety. Result: The improvement of coagulation index in the experimental group was better than that in the comparison group, and there was only 1 complication in this group, compared with 7 cases in the control group, the total incidence was significantly lower than that in the comparison group, P<0.05, and the difference between groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: The combination of position intervention and postpartum rehabilitation nursing can promote the healthy recovery of coagulation indicators, reduce the incidence of complications, and achieve the effect of preventing deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs after cesarean section.
