| 摘要 |
深入细致的分析、探讨、评价品管圈管理应用在中耳炎（OM）临床护理中的效果，希望能够将所研究理论应用至实践中去，为临床研究提供理论与实践依据，更好的促进其发展进程的迈进。方法 选择我院收治的60例OM患者为研究对象，遵循奇偶分组原则，采用随机平分法将其均分为对照组与观察组，分别进行常规护理和品管圈管理，而后对相关数据进行收集整理，统计分析，整合比对，做全情阐述。具体比对数据包含：生活质量、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果 观察组各数据均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 品管圈管理能够使OM患者生活质量提升，使并发症减少，使护理满意度提高。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze, explore and evaluate the effect of quality ture management in clinical care of otitis media (OM), hoping to apply the studied theory to practice, provide theoretical and practical basis for clinical research, and better promote its development process. Methods 60 OM patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. Following the principle of parity grouping, they were divided into control group and observation group for routine care and quality control circle management, and then relevant data were collected and sorted, statistically analyzed, integrated and compared. Specific comparison data include: quality of life, complication rate, and nursing satisfaction. Results The data of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The management can improve the quality of life of OM patients, reduce the complications and improve the nursing satisfaction.
