| 摘要 |
观察分析对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者实施责任制护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择我院于2022年5月至2023年5月内就诊的60例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者，随机分为对照组（30例，常规护理）和实验组（30例，责任制护理），收集分析护理效果。结果 实验组护理后的白细胞介素 6水平、超敏C反应蛋白水平、肿瘤坏死因子水平更低，实验组护理后的负性情绪评分更低，生活质量评分更高，实验组不良事件发生率更低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 责任制护理可以有效降低糖尿病肾病血液透析患者不良事件发生率，抑制炎症反应，改善负性情绪，提高生活质量，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of responsibility system nursing for hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy. Methods: 60 hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy who were treated in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into the control group (30 cases, routine nursing) and the experimental group (30 cases, responsibility nursing), and the nursing effect was collected and analyzed. Result: The levels of interleukin-6, hypersensitive C-reactive protein, and tumor necrosis factor were lower in the experimental group after nursing care. The negative emotion score and quality of life score were lower in the experimental group after nursing care, and the incidence of adverse events was lower in the experimental group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Responsible nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy, inhibit inflammatory reaction, improve negative emotions, and improve the quality of life, which has high application value.
