Objective: To analyze the effect of laminar flow bed care for leukemia patients and observe the effect of nosocomial infection in patients. Methods: To collect 50 cases from January 2022-January 2023, determine the patients meet the inclusion criteria and have the comparison conditions, the average into two groups, the purpose is to observe different nursing intervention patients received routine clinical care, and 25 patients were receiving laminar bed care, the incidence of hospital infection, clinical related indicators, clinical management quality, patient satisfaction, compare two groups, determine the specific differences, and reflect the nursing application value of two patients. Results: between the two groups, the incidence of nosocomial infection was lower (P <0.05); the duration of the study group was shorter (P <0.05); the quality scores of clinical management of medical waste, infection monitoring, environmental management and infection protection, and higher than the reference group (P <0.05); the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Using laminar flow bed nursing for leukemia patients can effectively prevent the occurrence of hospital infection, reduce the incidence of infection, recover the clinical symptoms quickly, shorten the length of hospital stay, enhance the quality of clinical managements of leukemia patients, ideal nursing effect, patient satisfaction, suggest widely used.
