摘要
基于公立医院深化改革,为践行以患者为中心理念,对公立医院服务管理模式进行改革,很多医院开始落实预约诊疗服务工作。由于医院门诊量与检查科室的检查量极大,有必要开发分时段预约与较好系统,使患者门诊挂号难与检查难的问题得以改善,促进医院整体管理工作的开展,并为患者提供极大便利。基于此,文章将医院分时段预约与叫号系统作为主要研究对象,重点阐述系统设计的相关内容,希望有所帮助。
Abstract
Based on the deepening reform of public hospitals, in order to practice the patient-centered concept and reform the service management mode of public hospitals, many hospitals began to implement the appointment diagnosis and treatment service. Due to the huge amount of outpatient and examination departments in the hospital, it is necessary to develop a time-division appointment and better system to improve the problems of difficult outpatient registration and examination, promote the overall management of the hospital, and provide great convenience for patients. Based on this, this paper takes the hospital time division reservation and call system as the main research object, and focuses on the relevant contents of the system design, hoping to be helpful.
