基层精神病医院开展院前感染智慧防控管理的创新实践

| 摘要 |
探讨基层精神病医院开展院前感染智慧防控管理。方法 随机选取长期在门诊治疗、居家服药的精神病患者共有126名，在2023年1月~2024年1月期间，对其中的63例患者为对照组，进行门诊窗口常规感染防控指导，另外的63例患者为观察组，在门诊窗口常规指导外。对比两组患者的感染防控效果。结果 观察组发生季节流行性病毒性感冒、细菌性感染比例、感染后病程不良反应等都明显低于对照组P＜0.05。结论 基层精神病防治医院医务人员开展智慧防控管理，院前感控宣传、线上强化防控感染指导，能够有效增加精神病长期居家患者的健康卫生知识、感染防控技能。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the intelligent prevention and control management of prehospital infection in primary psychiatric hospitals. Methods A total of 126 psychiatric patients with long-term outpatient treatment and home medication were randomly selected. From January 2023 to January 2024, 63 of them served as the control group and received routine infection prevention and control guidance in the outpatient window, while the other 63 patients served as the observation group and received routine guidance outside the outpatient window. The infection prevention and control effects of the two groups were compared. Results The proportion of seasonal influenza virus, bacterial infection and adverse reactions after infection in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The intelligent prevention and control management, pre-hospital publicity and online guidance on infection prevention and control can effectively improve the health knowledge and infection prevention and control skills of patients with long-term mental illness at home.
