| 摘要 |
病案信息的存在为医院正常开展工作提供客观的参考依据，主要是为了科研和医疗、教学等工作的进行，提供优质的服务。现如今，在国家科学技术水平不断提升的背景下，促使信息技术被广泛应用在病案管理之中，完善病案信息的资料库，更好地为医院的发展提供助力。本文以病案信息技术在医院工作中的应用效果及价值体会为例，分析病案信息技术的特点，建立信息库的原因，掌握病案信息技术之中存在的问题，更好地发挥病案信息技术的作用，推动医院的可持续发展。

| Abstract |
The existence of medical record information provides an objective reference basis for the normal work of the hospital, mainly for scientific research and medical treatment, teaching and other work, to provide quality services. Nowadays, under the background of the continuous improvement of national science and technology level, information technology is widely used in medical record management to improve the database of medical record information and better provide help for the development of hospitals. Taking the application effect and value of medical records information technology in hospital work as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics of medical records information technology, the reasons for establishing information database, and the problems existing in medical records information technology to better play the role of medical records information technology and promote the sustainable development of hospitals.
