| 摘要 |
研究V-A ECMO治疗重症爆发性心肌炎患者护理中引进综合干预理念的有效性。方法 将2019年2月-2023年2月时间内受诊的重症爆发性心肌炎66例患者列入观察范围，随机记作两组，有常规干预组、综合干预组，统计两组患者生活质量变化、医院感染预防效果、满意度评价情况。结果 干预后，综合干预组患者生活质量改善程度更大、感染出现率更低、满意度评价分数更高，p<0.05。结论 临床上选取V-A ECMO方法治疗重症爆发性心肌炎患者时，要及时纳入综合干预理念，促进患者早日康复。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of introducing comprehensive intervention concepts in the nursing care of patients with severe explosive myocarditis treated with V-A ECMO. Methods 66 patients with severe explosive myocarditis who were diagnosed between February 2019 and February 2023 were included in the observation range and randomly divided into two groups: a conventional intervention group and a comprehensive intervention group. The changes in quality of life, hospital infection prevention effects, and satisfaction evaluation of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. Results After intervention, patients in the comprehensive intervention group showed greater improvement in quality of life, lower incidence of infection, and higher satisfaction evaluation scores (p<0.05). Conclusion When selecting the V-A ECMO method to treat patients with severe explosive myocarditis in clinical practice, comprehensive intervention concepts should be timely incorporated to promote early recovery of patients.
