| 摘要 |
观察并分析在腹主动脉瘤患者术后护理中使用快速康复外科理念的护理干预对于术后恢复水平的影响。方法 通过选取2022年1月-2023年12月腹主动脉瘤患者作为本次的研究目标，共筛选符合条件患者共40例，在不同的护理理念下对患者开展护理操作，将患者随机分为实行常规护理的对照组与在快速康复外科理念下实施护理干预的观察组，两组患者各为20例。对比不同护理理念下的护理操作对于患者的术后康复情况影响。结果 观察组患者的术后康复进程有着更为良好的表现（P＜0.05）。结论 将快速康复护理理念运用于腹主动脉瘤患者术后护理，对于提升患者术后康复水平有着更加积极的表现，临床护理工作中可以重视并运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of nursing intervention using the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on the postoperative recovery level of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm. Methods Patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study target, a total of 40 eligible patients were screened, and nursing operations were carried out on patients under different nursing concepts, and the patients were randomly divided into the control group receiving routine nursing and the observation group receiving nursing intervention under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. There were 20 patients in each group. The effects of nursing operations under different nursing concepts on postoperative rehabilitation of patients were compared. Results The patients in the observation group had better performance in postoperative rehabilitation (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing to the postoperative nursing of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm has a more positive performance in improving the level of postoperative rehabilitation of patients, and can be paid attention to and applied in clinical nursing work.
